Before you celebrate, take a moment to review Wentzville’s fireworks regulations and safety tips.
1. Fireworks may only be discharged within City limits on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, from noon to 11 p.m.
2. Anyone under 16 must have constant adult supervision.
3. Fireworks are not permitted on public streets, sidewalks, trails, parks or other City-owned property without proper approval.
4. Keep water nearby and never leave fireworks unattended.
5. Dispose of used fireworks safely once they have completely cooled.
As this Reel shows, having the right supplies on hand is just as important as having the fireworks themselves. A little preparation helps keep your family, neighbors and community safe while everyone enjoys the holiday.
