Request for Copy of Report
To request of copy of a police report, click on the link above “Request for Copy of Report” and complete the form and click on submit and it will be electronically submitted and forwarded to the Wentzville Police Records Department at 1019 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
There is a $5 fee for each standard report requested. More involved searches/multiple requests for reports will increase the cost. We accept cash, money order, or credit card for payment. A small credit card surcharge fee will be applied for using your credit card. Payment must be received prior to the report being released.
Please allow 7-10 working days for the report to be completed and approved before copies will be distributed.
Please provide as much information as possible when requesting the report:
Full names of parties involved, date of occurrence, time of occurrence, location of occurrence, type of occurrence (burglary, vandalism, traffic accident, etc.) and the report number.

Auto Accidents
For just $13 you may now request a copy of an auto accident report by going to http://buycrash.com. You do not have to call or come in to the Wentzville Police Department! Once on the website, click on “Buy an individual report.” From the drop down, select that state in which the crash occurred (Missouri). Then scroll down and select “Wentzville Police Department.” Enter the date of your accident and the report number (example: 20-1234 would be entered 2000001234) and click on “Next.” When you locate your report, select “Purchase” and follow the payment instructions. The report will be available on-line for you to print. If you do not locate your report, it may not be available yet. Just try back in a few days.
To File A Police Report
If you are a victim of a crime or are involved in an accident that occurred in the city limits of Wentzville, contact the Wentzville Police Department at (636) 327-5105.
The Wentzville Police Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If you live within the City Limits of Wentzville, the officer can respond to your residence to take the report or you may come into the station.
If you live outside of the City Limits of Wentzville, you will need to respond to the Police Department for a report to be completed.
