GUIDELINE UPDATES: Click here to learn more.
To make it easy for Wentzville homeowners to properly dispose of tree trimmings, the City offers a free pickup twice a year.
The spring 2024 collection of tree limbs will be the week of April 8-12 for residents living in Ward 1. For residents living in Ward 2, the free spring pickup will be the week of April 15-19. For residents living in Ward 3, the free spring pickup will be April 22-26.
The fall 2024 collection of tree limbs will be the week of Oct. 28-Nov. 1 for residents living in Ward 1. For residents living in Ward 2, the free fall pickup will be the week of Nov. 4-8. For residents living in Ward 3, the free fall pickup will be Nov. 11-15.
If you are unsure which ward you live in, please see the Ward Map.
Please have your tree limbs stacked at the curb by 6 a.m. on Monday of your scheduled week. Tree limb pickup is NOT associated with your trash day or with the City’s contracted trash hauler. The City of Wentzville’s Street Department handles the pickup for the Chipper Program. Tree limbs must be less than six inches in diameter. Tree limbs should not be bundled or placed in bags. Bagged or tie-bundled materials will not be picked up.
Leaves, root balls, decorative grasses, wood chips, bush or shrub trimmings, vines or grass clippings are not included in this collection.
