Construction on the City`s CIP project, Wentzville Parkway Turn Lane Phase 2A, will start tomorrow. This project consists of full pavement replacement and widening between Meyer Road and Parkway Ridge Boulevard (near QT). In addition, a sidewalk and multi-use trail will be constructed on the north and south sides of the roadway with continuous street lighting.
Wentzville Parkway will be reduced to one lane in each direction for most of the project to accommodate full pavement replacement. Phase 1 of the project will focus on widening and replacing the pavement in the current westbound lanes. During this time, traffic will shift to the existing eastbound lanes. In Phase 2, work will move to the center lane, followed by Phase 3, which will focus on the eastbound lanes.
The project is expected to continue through late fall 2025. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternative routes during this time. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve Wentzville roadways.
