It’s National Public Works Week, and we’re giving extra recognition to Wentzville’s incredible Public Works employees who help keep the City running every single day. From maintaining roads and infrastructure to responding behind the scenes when our community needs it most, their hard work often happens before many of us even start our day.
We’re thankful for the dedication, professionalism and service they bring to our community day in and day out. Join us in celebrating and thanking the team members who keep Wentzville moving.

Did you know you can now make your tax rebate appointment online?
From now through May 31, eligible residents can apply for a City utility tax refund.
Eligible residents should use one of these methods to apply for the rebate:
Apply online.
Mail the required documentation to: Utility Tax Rebate, City of Wentzville,1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385
Schedule an appointment to apply in person at City Hall, by calling (636) 639-2121 or by making an appointment online.
Please include your phone number on all rebate items emailed or mailed, so City staff can contact you, if necessary.

Join the Wentzville Police and Parks & Recreation departments for a free evening of fishing fun at Rotary Park on Wednesday, May 20, 5-7 p.m. Young anglers will receive one container of bait, a goody bag and a chance to win fun prizes. Also, fishing poles and tackle will be available to check out, while supplies last.
Whether you’re casting a line for the first time or just coming out for the fun, this is one event you’ll definitely want to reel in.

Beginning June 1, Progress Park pool will also be open daily, with both pools closing on Aug. 17, except in cases of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. For additional information facility hours of operation, please visit the #LinkInBio.
Offering safe, quality programs is a high priority for Wentzville Parks and Recreation. Due to staffing needs, it may be necessary to adjust operating hours throughout the season.

From hauling equipment and setting up booths to getting Downtown ready for a weekend full of fun, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes before Wentzville Days begins. And yes … apparently not every setup moment is “camera worthy.”
Wentzville Days kicks off tonight, May 15 at 6 p.m., with live music, carnival rides, food vendors, entertainment and more throughout Downtown Wentzville. We can’t wait to see you there!
