David Hoekel Parkway Phase 3

Project Status

Project Overview:
David Hoekel Parkway (DHP) Phase 3 Project begins at West Meyer Road and extends approximately 3.25 miles north to Peine Road. The new roadway will consist of two traffic lanes with curb and gutter and a multi-use pathway on one side (for pedestrians and bicyclists). On the south end, it ties in at West Meyer Road to the active DHP Phase 2D construction project. On the north end, it ties into the Route 61/P Interchange at Peine Road. Januaey 2025 – Preliminary Plans have been submitted and in the process of being reviewed. Right of Way acquisitions are ongoing.
