The Wentzville Water Division will execute urgent repair work on the City’s main water supply transmission main beginning Monday, March 30. This work is taking place before the peak summer usage months to reduce potential impacts on customers; however, customers may still experience reduced pressure during the repair period. We anticipate the repair will be complete within 72 hours. If you have questions, please call (636) 639-2121 during regular business hours.

New Website Provides Enhanced User Experience with Mobile-First Design

Aug. 1, 2024

The City of Wentzville is pleased to announce the official launch of its newly redesigned website. The new site consolidates information, making it easier to find what you need quickly and effectively. This brand-new site will provide residents, businesses and visitors with a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

Key features include:

  • Mobile-First Design: With approximately 80% of our visitors accessing the site via mobile devices, the new design offers app-like features without the need for an app download.
  • Microsites for Key Departments: Dedicated microsites for Parks and Recreation, Police and Economic Development, our most frequently visited departments.
  • Bold, New Design: Fresh, modern design that reflects the City’s branding and provides an engaging approach to City news, events, social media and more.

“We are excited to launch our new website, which is designed to better serve our community by making information more accessible and the user experience more intuitive,” said Mayor Nick Guccione. “This website reflects our commitment to innovation and our dedication to providing excellent service to our residents, businesses and visitors. We encourage everyone to explore the new features and see how they can enhance their interaction with the City of Wentzville.”

Kara Roberson, Strategic Communications Officer, added, “Our new website is more than just a fresh look. It’s a reflection of our ongoing efforts to make City services as accessible and user-friendly as possible.”
