Will My Trash, Recycling or Yard Waste Be Picked Up If the Lid On My Cart Is Not Closed?

The trash hauler requires that lids on all carts (trash, recycling and yard waste) be completely closed to ensure pick up.

If you can’t completely close the lid of your cart, consider placing extra trash in a trash bag and placing it on the side of your cart. Residents can place up to three trash bags (max. 40 lbs. per bag) next to their cart per pick-up.
