Where can I find the Covenants and Restrictions of my subdivision?

When subdivisions are recorded, covenants and restrictions are usually recorded with the plats which place certain restrictions of properties within the subdivision. Copies of these documents can be obtained at the St. Charles County Recorder of Deeds located at 201 N. Second St., St. Charles MO, or by calling (636) 949-7505.
