Due to the large volume of tree limbs, it will be necessary for the Ward 3 fall tree limb collection to be extended into next week, Nov. 17-21. 

The following subdivisions will be completed next week: Brooshire Creek East and West, Villages of Stonegate, White Fence, Summerbrook Estates and Highland Estates.

Planning and Zoning Division

The Planning and Zoning Division, in conjunction with other City divisions, utilizes Wentzville’s Comprehensive Plan to guide land-use development. Utilization of the adopted Zoning Regulations and Subdivision Regulations helps to administer the Land Use Goals of the City. The Planning and Zoning Division participates in the development cycle from initial contact concerning the use of the property through development and compliance. The Planning and Zoning Division assists in the administration and implementation of new residential, commercial and industrial projects in the City of Wentzville and works to administer the goals of the Comprehensive Plan.

Planning and Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission typically meets on the second Monday of each month (with some exceptions dependent upon Board Chamber availability) in the City Hall Board Chamber, 1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO at 6 p.m. Fee updates have been approved as of Nov. 30, 2022, by the Board of Aldermen.
