Utility Rates

Water and sewer services are billed monthly and due 10 days from the bill date. Water charges include a monthly base fee plus usage charges based on monthly meter readings.

Residential sewer charges include a monthly base fee plus a usage charge based on your winter average water use during November, December, January, and February. New customers are assigned a temporary sewer average based on occupancy until sufficient usage history is established.

*Cash, check, and money orders accepted. A 2% processing surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.

Smart Meters & EyeOnWater

Smart meter installation is complete Citywide, and all customers can now use EyeOnWater, a free online portal and mobile app. From your personalized dashboard, you can track usage, receive leak alerts, monitor trends, and view account insights in real time.
