Worth the Trip, Wentzville!

As Wentzville continues to grow, major infrastructure projects — including improvements to Interstate 70, Highway 61, Wentzville Parkway and Route Z — are well underway. These projects are designed to support our community long-term by improving safety, easing traffic congestion and enhancing connectivity. But we know the construction can be frustrating right now, especially for our downtown shops and other local businesses.

The City of Wentzville recognizes these challenges and has launched the Worth the Trip, Wentzville campaign to help.

More Ways We’re Supporting Local

In addition to the Worth the Trip, Wentzville campaign, the City is taking extra steps to support both residents and local businesses during construction:

Campaign Reach

The City is leading this coordinated communication campaign to encourage residents to support local businesses. Messaging is being shared across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Nextdoor — reaching more than 45,000 followers — along with our eNewsletters (sent to 26,000+ verified email addresses) and in print through The Vision newsletter, delivered to 22,000 households.

Our local businesses are still open. Our downtown is still vibrant. And still the heart of our City. We’re working to keep it top of mind for residents — even when the route there looks a little different.
