Notary Services

Beginning July 1, 2025, all Notary services at City Hall will be available exclusively to residents of the City of Wentzville or owners of businesses located in Wentzville. There is no charge for this service. Notary services are performed by appointment only. Please use the scheduling calendar below to book an appointment.

If your document requires witnesses, you must bring them with you to your appointment. If you have more than five documents that need to be notarized, please make an additional appointment.

Please note that notary services may be declined if the request, document, or surrounding circumstances present issues related to authenticity, ambiguity, or uncertainty. The Notary Public reserves the right to refuse service at their sole discretion.
