The Procurement Division coordinates and is responsible for the acquisition of all supplies, equipment, construction and professional services for City departments in a cost-effective manner. This Division operates under the Finance Department and supervises the competitive bidding process, helps prepare bid specifications and authorizes or recommends all purchases.
