Comprehensive Plan Open House

We want to hear from you! Join us for the second Comprehensive Plan Open House on Tuesday, March 31 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Wentzville Rec Center (located at 500 Great Oaks Blvd.). This is a come-and-go event; there is no formal presentation, so you can arrive at any time.

The Comprehensive Plan is Wentzville’s roadmap for growth — shaping decisions on roads, utilities, parks, land use and future development. The Comprehensive plan is used as a guide by the Planning and Zoning Commission to evaluate zoning-related requests and guide subdivision regulations.

Your input plays a key role in making sure this plan reflects the needs and priorities of our community. This open house will include follow up information from the overall projects data gathering, and seek the participants input on anticipated commercial land use growth areas, and residential land use growth areas. Share your feedback and be part of the conversation about where Wentzville is headed.
