Mayor Announces Snow Emergency From Jan. 23-28

Jan. 23, 2026

The Mayor of Wentzville has declared a Snow Emergency effective Friday, Jan. 23 at 8 p.m. through Monday, Jan. 26 at 8 p.m. During this time, it is unlawful for vehicles to park on a City public roadway.

During snow events, all City snow crews are assigned to snow removal efforts. The main arterial roads are cleared first, followed by minor connector roadways, then the subdivision streets. Snow crews will be in your area as soon as possible. To keep our roads clear and safe for emergency vehicles and drivers, please be prepared for excess snow to be left at the end of residential driveways. We understand this is an inconvenience, but with a significant forecasted accumulation, our plow operators have limited options for snow removal.

To report City street snow concerns, please visit www.wentzvillemo.gov/SnowConcern. To report unlawfully parked vehicles, please call the non-emergency police line at (636) 327-5105. For additional winter storm reminders and updates, visit www.wentzvillemo.gov/Winter. We encourage you to limit travel until streets have been plowed.
