Comprehensive Plan Open House

Are you interested in shaping the future of Wentzville? Your feedback matters, and we want to hear your ideas! In addition to an online survey where you can share your thoughts, you’re invited to join us at the Comprehensive Plan Open House on Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 5–7:30 p.m. at the Wentzville Rec Center (500 Great Oaks Blvd.). This is a come-and-go event; there is no formal presentation, so you can arrive at any time.

The Comprehensive Plan serves as the City’s primary policy document for guiding and managing future growth. It helps direct capital improvements, including transportation investments and utility planning. The Planning and Zoning Commission also uses this document for guidance on zoning-related requests, land-use policies and changes to subdivision regulations.
