Communications Office

To promote transparency and public engagement, the City communicates with its residents and business owners through a variety of mediums, including social media, print and digital publications, press releases and more. In 2019, the City conducted a Communications Audit, which included surveying residents and gathering detailed information through stakeholder focus groups. The results of this audit were used to create the City's 2020 Communications Plan. The Wentzville Communications plan acts as a guide for our efforts to inform and educate the public.

The City produces several publications throughout the year, which include valuable information on government operations. The City relies on our stakeholders to seek out the tools that they prefer to use to get details on news, events, programs and more. Click below to access our printed and virtual publications.
