Party Packages
The Wentzville Parks and Recreation Department has many different options to make a day special. Explore the details of each option below or reach out to Wentzville Parks and Recreation directly at (636) 332-9236. You can also visit us at 500 Great Oaks Blvd. for more information.
We offer packages for Party at the WREC (located at our indoor pool at the WREC), Party at the Pool (located at one of our outdoor pools) and Party on the Ice.
Parties run on Saturdays and Sundays. See below for time slots at each facility.

All Party Packages include the following:
- Admission to the facility for the number of paid party guests
- A party room or reserved pavilion (depending on location)
- Party host to help with party needs
- Plates, forks, napkins and color-changing cups
- Drinks
- A tray of cupcakes
- A T-shirt for the birthday child
- A goody bag for each child attending the party
Parties with food also include:
- A hot dogs, pretzels or nachos for each guest
WREC Pool Parties include all the great benefits of party packages with admission to the WREC pool for all guests and your own private party room with doors that lead straight to the Leisure Pool. The time slot you book is 45 minutes in the party room to celebrate with cupcakes, drinks and food if purchased. Following the party time your party will enter the pool for two hours of swimming.
Please note: Parents attending the party are counted in the total number of guests. For children’s safety we require a ratio of one adult for every eight children so please keep that in mind while accounting for guests. Those who are not accounted for as party guests, such as additional parents or siblings, but would like to attend, will pay regular admission prices. Those with WREC memberships can use those as entrances to the facility. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. No outside food or drinks are allowed.

Have your party at one of our fantastic outdoor pools! With slides and diving boards, your child will have tons of fun while celebrating their special day.

Progress Park and Splash Station swimming pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day (based on Wentzville School District calendar).
The hour time slot is for your party to have cupcakes, drinks, and food if purchased under the covered pavilion. However, the party package includes admission for the day. After your time slot ends we ask that you take all your belongings out to your car or back to your seat by the pool.
Looking for a COOL place to have your party? Come celebrate at the Wentzville Ice Arena! Parties are held during Public Skate sessions. Guests will have access to the party room throughout the duration of the two-hour public skate.
