Citizens Police Academy: Connecting Our Community with Law Enforcement

Wentzville’s Citizens Police Academy offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the values, philosophy and day-to-day operations of the Wentzville Police Department. The application period for this program is currently closed.

Empowering Insight: The Citizens Police Academy is more than a course; it’s an opportunity to gain deep insights into the inner workings of our esteemed Police Department. Over the course of six weeks, participants will dive into the fundamental values, principles and strategies that guide the brave men and women who protect our community.

A Bridge of Understanding: At its core, the Citizens Academy is a bridge of understanding between law enforcement and our community. We encourage participants to share their newfound knowledge and realistic perspectives with others, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. By doing so, we strive to strengthen the vital relationship between our residents and the Wentzville Police Department.

The CPA is an 8 week program on Tuesday nights from 6 to 9 p.m. It is available to you if you are a resident of Wentzville or you work in Wentzville and you are interested in learning more about the Wentzville Police Department, consider signup up for the 2025 CPA session!
