Block Parties

The City of Wentzville encourages neighbors to get out and get to know each other. One way of doing this would be to host or participate in a block party. Block parties allow neighbors and their children to interact with each other and exchange tales and information about themselves. To schedule a block party, please complete this form. Guidelines for Block Parties:

• Roadways cannot be blocked in a manner that will not allow for quick removal of barricades and other block party items for non-participating neighbors and emergency vehicle access.
• All affected neighbors must be notified of the block party.
• All non-participating neighbor’s property must be respected and not utilized unless permission is granted by the affected property owner.
• A point of contact and phone number for the event coordinator must be provided to receive approval.
• The Police Department will direct all complaints of noise or other disturbances to the event coordinator, who will assist in correcting the complaints.
