Rotary Park’s future is taking shape, and we want your feedback!
The City of Wentzville recently acquired 191 acres of land adjacent to the existing park, growing Rotary Park to approximately 302 acres. A Draft Master Plan has now been created to help guide future park improvements and amenities.
Community input has already played a big role in the process. More than 1,100 people responded to the first survey, and additional feedback was gathered during Flights and Bites on Friday, April 10 where initial planning ideas were shared.
Now, we’re looking for community feedback on the proposed plan, including the Passive, Active, and Event areas. Your input will help shape the final design and guide future park improvements.
Visit our #LinkInBio to complete the new survey and learn more about the Rotary Park Master Plan.

There is a special thank-you banner on display at the WREC, and it was made by students and staff at Flint Hill Elementary! 💚
The banner was created for Mayor Guccione and recognizes the City’s commitment to providing green spaces throughout Wentzville. Their kind words about Heartland Park are a wonderful reminder of how meaningful these spaces are for students, families and the entire community.
Before the banner was displayed at the WREC, Parks staff enjoyed taking a few photos with it at Heartland Park and City Hall. Be sure to check it out in person at the WREC the next time you visit!
