A new fitness class called Ride and Recover is starting at the Wentzville Rec Center, and you can try it for free!
Join us Monday, Aug. 24 at 9:30 a.m. for a FREE demo class open to both members and nonmembers. The class will begin with an energizing indoor cycling workout to help build endurance and improve cardiovascular fitness, followed by a recovery session to help your body move and feel its best.
Pre-registration is required for the demo class. The full Ride and Recover session begins Monday, Sept. 14, and will meet Mondays in September at 9:30 a.m.
