The WREC is where our guests come to focus on their fitness goals! The Wellness Hub lower level is home to free weights and selectorized weight equipment to offer guests a variety of resistance training options.
The upper level holds our Cardio Bridge that includes a variety of cardio machines including stationary bikes, treadmills and ellipticals. It has a 1/8 mile elevated track with an incline and decline for those who want the benefit of hills brought indoors and a shorter route to exclude the incline portion for those who prefer a flat course.
In addition, the WREC boasts a variety of group exercise rooms that are specially designed for a variety of purposes. Whatever your fitness goals are, we have a class and a space for you!
