Rentals
Progress Park Recreation Center houses the sports administrative office and maintenance division of Wentzville Parks & Recreation.
Progress Park features baseball fields, an outdoor pool, Progress Park Recreation Center and Progress Park Center Banquet Hall. A concession stand is available during pool hours. To receive the Resident Rate at any facility, guests must show their Resident Card.
Progress Park Recreation Center
Progress Park Recreation Center includes a gym, fitness areas and an indoor track. The gym has designated hours for pickleball and is available for drop-in basketball or volleyball as space permits. The fitness areas have both strength and cardio equipment including ellipticals, stationary bikes, treadmills, selectorized weight equipment and free weights. The locker rooms include showers and lockers where belongings can be secured.

A toddler is under age 2. Youth admission applies to children ages 2-15. A senior is a person 60 years or older. A family pass consists of no more than two adults and up to three children 22 years of age or younger living in the same household.
Eligible individuals with SilverSneakers or Renew Active Passes may receive an Indoor Recreation Pass free of charge. This pass covers access to Progress Park Recreation Center gym and fitness areas.

Gym Rules
- No food or drinks allowed in the gym
- No profanity, acts of aggression, bullying or discrimination
- Anyone entering the gym must be wearing a shirt and appropriate footwear (athletic shoes, non-marking soles)
- No dunking or hanging on the basketball rims
- Please do not touch or hang on the dividing curtain
- Open gym participants/spectators may only use designated program areas during their scheduled program time
- No organized team practices during open gym
- The gym may be designated for volleyball, basketball or other activities It is possible that during designated volleyball times, basketball will not be available and vice versa
- No paid private or group training sessions are allowed unless under contract with the City
- For the safety of spectators, the bleacher areas and walkways are a no-play zone
- No speakers or other audio devices that project music. Headphones and earbuds are allowed
- Return all checked out balls and equipment after use
- Please keep your valuables at home; the City is not responsible for belongings that are lost or stolen
- Staff reserves the right to ask any individual to leave the facility and/or suspend them and their membership
- No full-court games during open gym
- Access to use the gym is a priority and pick-up games may be suspended in order for everyone to have access to play
- Staff reserves the right to add rules as deemed necessary
Progress Park Pool
Progress Park Pool is the perfect place to relax on a summer day and cool off from the summer heat. Amenities include:

Progress Park Pool is open open noon-5 p.m. daily Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day except when the Wentzville School District is in session.* Once school is in session, Progress Park Pool is open on Sundays only.

*Progress Park Pool will close at 4 p.m. on June 30, July 14 and July 28 due to swim meets.
Progress Park Pool opens for the season Memorial Day Weekend and is closed when Wentzville School District is in session. When school resumes in the fall, Progress Park Pool is open on Sundays only until Sept. 1 and then closes for the season.

Ages of Unattended Patrons:
Children ages 9 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 16 or older.
Baby Pool Usage:
Only children ages 6 and under are allowed in the baby pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult age 16 or older. Children must not be left unattended in the baby pool. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the front desk for $2.
Rentals at Progress Park
Progress Park Center Banquet Hall
Progress Park Center is a banquet hall space that can host up to 225 people. There is a private entrance with private bathrooms and is outfitted with a wooden dance floor, catering kitchen and ice machine.

This facility is ideal for special occasions including weddings, family reunions or birthday parties.
Amenities:

Table, chairs and room set-up are included in the rental fee.
Fees:
- Refundable Deposit: All rentals require a $450 refundable deposit.
- Friday & Saturday Rentals:
- Half Day: Choose from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. or 5–11 p.m. for a $450 rental fee.
- Full Day: Enjoy the Banquet Hall from 10 a.m.–11 p.m. for an $800 rental fee.
- Sunday Rentals: Available from 10 a.m.–6 p.m. for a $600 rental fee.
- Monday–Thursday Rentals: Available from 9 a.m.–8 p.m. at $75 per hour, with a two-hour minimum rental duration.
- Additional Time: Add extra rental hours for $75 per hour. All rentals must conclude by 11 p.m.. Additional time must be scheduled two weeks prior to your rental.

- $50: Late Fee — Every 15 minutes after rental time ends
- $100: Portable Sound System Rental
- $25: Podium Rental
- $50: Projector and Screen Rental
- Cleaning/Damage Fees If costs exceed damages/staff labor covered by the damage deposit, the renter will be billed the remaining costs
Pavilion Rentals

Whether it is a family outing, corporate picnic, wedding or other special events, Wentzville Parks and Recreation makes it easy for you to host your event. Reservations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis between March 1-Oct. 31*. Each pavilion has electric outlets, picnic tables and restrooms on park property.
If your rental includes inflatables, water slide or an additional tent, you must complete a Special Event Application.

Conference Room Rentals
The conference room at Progress Park offers a casual environment with high-speed internet, dry erase board with markers and flexible seating arrangements ensuring your meeting runs smoothly from start to finish.
Field Rentals
Progress Park has both a baseball and a football field which are available to rent by completing an Athletic Field Usage Application.
Gymnasium Rentals
The gymnasium at Progress Park Recreation Center is available for rent before and after public hours. All reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
