The Mayor of Wentzville has declared a Snow Emergency effective Friday, Jan. 23 at 8 p.m. through Monday, Jan. 26 at 8 p.m. During this time, it is unlawful for vehicles to park on City streets. All solid waste collections will be delayed by one day this week, due to inclement weather and road conditions. This delayed schedule will also include any scheduled large item pickups and delivery of new solid waste carts.

Facade Improvement Grant Program

The spring application period for Wentzville’s Facade Improvement Grant Program is now open! There will be three application periods each year: April 1-30, June 1-30 and Aug. 1-31. Please complete the application below during one of those application periods.

The purpose of this program is to permit and encourage the preservation of historic structures and avoid general neighborhood deterioration through renovation and restoration. This program is open to businesses and mixed-use buildings more than 30 years old that are located in the HD-1, HD-2 or HD-3 zoning districts. To view a map of these districts, please click here. Residential structures are not eligible.
