website highlight - wellness hubThe WREC is where our guests come to focus on their fitness goals! The Wellness Hub lower level is home to free weights and selectorized weight equipment to offer guests a variety of resistance training options.

The upper level holds our Cardio Bridge that includes a variety of cardio machines including stationary bikes, treadmills and ellipticals. It has a 1/8 mile elevated track with an incline and decline for those who want the benefit of hills brought indoors and a shorter route to exclude the incline portion for those who prefer a flat course.

In addition, the WREC boasts a variety of group exercise rooms that are specially designed for a variety of purposes. Whatever your fitness goals are, we have a class and a space for you!
