Speaker Appearance Form

The public may participate in the Open Forum at Wentzville Board of Aldermen meetings in one of two ways: (1) a resident may attend the meeting in person in the Board Chambers at City Hall and address the Board during the Open Forum section of the meeting; or (2) a resident can participate in Open Forum virtually during the Open Forum section of the meeting.

If a resident chooses to participate virtually an email needs to be sent to the City Clerk at Kathryn.Bowman@wentzvillemo.gov by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Whether attending in person or participating virtually, all speakers will be required to fill out a Speaker Appearance Form. Speakers can complete the form below.
