Criminal History Check

Local Records Checks
The Wentzville Police Department’s Records department conducts “Local” records checks free of charge to the citizens of Wentzville.

The Records office is open, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Please allow three business days for the check to be processed and completed.

The business asking for your records check, should provide a form for you to complete. You can either fax the form with a copy of your valid driver’s license to (636) 327-5896, email to policerecords@wentzvillemo.gov or mail to the Wentzville Police Department, at 1019 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385.

You cannot obtain a record check on anyone other than yourself, unless you have a notarized release from that person stating their name, address, social security number, date of birth and reason for request.
