Wentzville Village Center Design Guidelines

In January of 2016, the City’s Downtown Committee finalized development of the Village Center Design Guidelines. These guidelines are intended to be a resource to assist property and building owners in the Downtown Wentzville Area to enhance the aesthetics when making improvements to their property or buildings.
