Facade Improvement Grant Program

The spring application period for Wentzville’s Facade Improvement Grant Program is now open! Please complete the application below by or before April 30, 2021.

The purpose of this program is to permit and encourage the preservation of historic structures and avoid general neighborhood deterioration through renovation and restoration. This program is open to businesses and mixed-use buildings more than 50 years old that are located in the HD-1, HD-2 or HD-3 zoning districts. To view a map of these districts, please click here. Residential structures are not eligible.

Facade Improvement Grants are a 50-50 match for an amount not to exceed $10,000, per project. A total of $50,000 has been set aside for 2021 grants. To learn more about the program requirements, please email ecodev@wentzvillemo.gov or call (636) 639-2015.
