Building Guides and Permit Applications

The following guides and applications have been prepared to help you complete your projects. In most cases plans for your project will be necessary to obtain a permit. Please review each guide for specifics regarding the items needed for a submittal. Permits for new homes are often completed within five - seven business days. Miscellaneous permits are generally completed in three - five days. Permit delays usually occur when information is omitted or difficult to read/interpret. Inspectors may be reached for questions at (636) 327-5101.  Applications for permitting can be submitted electronically.
