Progress Park Center Rental

Progress Park Center is a banquet hall space that can host up to 225 people. There is a private entrance with  private bathrooms and is outfitted with a wooden dance floor, catering kitchen and ice machine.

This facility is ideal for special occasions including weddings, family reunions or birthday parties. It is available for rental from 2 p.m.  - Midnight, Friday through Sunday.

Please note that a refundable damage deposit of $450 is required for all rentals. In the event you must cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged by forfeiting the deposit. Payment is required in order to reserve the facility.

Additional Rentable Space Fees
Weekend Rental - Additional hours after rental end time (pre-scheduled)	$35 per hour
Meeting Rental – Additional hours after rental end time (pre-scheduled)	$30 per hour
Early Setup, if available (Weekend Rentals only)	$150 – Earliest availability before 2 p.m.
Friday Early Set Up, if available with a Saturday Weekend Rental	$250 -- As early as 6 p.m.
Late Fee	$50 – Every 15 minutes after rental time ends
Cleaning/Damage Fees	If costs exceed damages/staff labor covered by the damage deposit, the renter will be billed the remaining costs
Kegerator/Beer Dispenser Rental	$100
Portable Sound System Rental	$100
Podium Rental	$25
Projector and Screen Rental	$25

Table, chairs and room set-up are included in the rental fee.
