The WE P.L.A.Y. Scholarship programs (WEntzville Providing Leisure Assistance for Youth) is provided by Friends of the Wentzville Parks (FOTWP) and designed to provide youth access to the recreation and leisure activities of their choice - regardless of their ability to pay.
