Group Leaders: Event Information
Group leaders are the only ones who need to register for the event. Please include the number of all participants when you register. Be sure that everyone in your group signs the waiver for themselves or have the legal guardian sign for any of their dependents under the age of 18 who will be participating. Please direct all of your participants to this website so that they can sign a waiver for the event.
Please only send one car to the supply pickup at Rotary Park. You will select a pickup time when you register. This time will be confirmed, via the email you registered under, the week before the event along with all event and site information.

M:CS Volunteer Tips
- Volunteers need to provide their own transportation to sites.
- Dress for the weather. Bring gloves, water bottle and sturdy shoes or boots—no flip-flops or sandals.
- Trash is messy! Long pants and insect repellent are recommended.
- Save time at check-in. Bring this form for each participant (must sign in advance for volunteers under 18 participating without a parent):
2021 Event Schedule
April 10th and April 11th, 2021
Group Leaders or Individuals will sign up for a supply pickup time when they register for the event. Supplies can be picked up at Rotary Park, 2577 W. Meyer Rd. Please only send one vehicle for pickup.
Cleanups will be either on April 10th or April 11th and volunteers can do the cleanup anytime between 8 am to 4 pm on the date for which their group leaders registered.
Over 230 volunteers participated in cleanups in the 2019 Mission: Clean Stream. Volunteers removed over 3,000 pounds of trash from 20 different sites.
