DINING WITH DIABETES
Dining with Diabetes is a program led by University of Missouri Extension Nutrition Specialists for adults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes or people who take care of those with diabetes. This 4-session course helps participants build food skills through cooking while learning strategies to better manage, prevent or delay complications surrounding diabetes. In addition to cooking diabetes-friendly recipes, classes also include meal planning, group discussion, and information about physical activity and label reading.

ADULT INTRO TO CLAY
Learn the ins and outs of working with clay in this two-hour workshop. We will explore the processes of clay including pinch, coil, slab and wheel. Students will decorate their clay projects using textures, stamps and add details while learning about underglaze and glazes. The possibilities are endless. Registration deadline is APR 29. (Min 4/Max 8)

Join the owner of Sara's Boxes and Boards for a festive 90-minute journey of crafting themed charcuterie masterpieces. Celebrate the end of April showers and get excited about May flowers with a floral-themed board. In June, get back to the basics with a traditional charcuterie class. Our instructor will guide you in creating these delightful boards, perfect for snacking during the class and later sharing with loved ones. All charcuterie supplies are included. Registration deadlines are MAY 1 for the MAY 8 session and JUN 5 for the JUN 12 session. (Min 4/Max 20)

COVER-TO-COVER CREW
In this immersive five-week literary journey, our dynamic group takes on the roles of moderators, facilitating 90-minute discussions. Every other week, we'll explore a thought-provoking discussion on the book A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. Registration includes a copy of the book and a book club starter pack, making this literary adventure both accessible and enriching. Registration deadline is MAY 3. (Min 4/Max 10)

SENIORS IN CLAY
This two-hour workshop focuses on creating garden creatures and flowers. They will be the envy of all of your neighbors! All creations will be glazed and fired by our studio and ready for pick-up in a few weeks. Registration deadline is MAY 3. (Min 5/Max 10)

TECH TALK
Jaxson with Grandson's Tech service is here to help take the frustration out of learning to use a cell phone, laptop or other technology. In these one-hour sessions, you will receive hands-on guidance from Jaxson on any technology questions. There is no registration deadline. (Min 4/Max 8)

GUARDIANGRACE
GuardianGrace is a dynamic and engaging four-hour self-defense workshop designed exclusively for women seeking to enhance their personal safety and build confidence in navigating the world around them. This empowering session is crafted to provide participants with practical skills, situational awareness and the knowledge to protect themselves in various scenarios. Registration deadlines are APR 15 for the APR 20 session, MAY 13 for the MAY 18 session and JUN 10 for the JUN 15 session. (Min 6/Max 10)

PUZZLING PURSUIT
Embark on a challenge of intellect and precision with Puzzling Pursuit: The 500-Piece Challenge! This three-hour competition is tailored for adults seeking a mental challenge. Whether you choose to go solo or assemble a team of up to four members, the event promises an engaging experience in puzzle-solving mastery. Upon the conclusion of the session, participants will have the satisfaction of taking their meticulously solved puzzle home as a testament to their triumph. Registration deadline MAY 12. (Min 5/Max 20)

MUSIC TRIVIA
Let's dive into the world of music — no musical genius required, just good vibes and a love for trivia fun. First and second place will bring home gift cards. Additional activities include a costume contest and 50/50 drawing. Each participant will receive two free drinks and there will be a cash bar. All participants will be carded at the door. Outside alcohol is not permitted but guests are encouraged to bring their own food. No glass is allowed inside the facility. Doors will open at 6P and the first round will start at 6:30P.

A table seats eight players. Additional players cost $25 each. Need child care? You can drop your kiddos off in Kids' Club for an additional $5 per child. Registration deadline is MAY 24. (Min 40/Max 100)
